Shipping Policy
In stock items are usually shipped within 3 business days. Customers will be notified within 3 business days of any Pre-Ordered status unless it is indicated as Pre-Order in the header or the description of the item and given the option to either wait, or cancel their order. We ship using Canadapost accelerated parcel. Every package is shipped with signature required and insure up to $100 value. To get a complete insurance coverage pls contact us and we will adjust the shipping charge on your invoice. Shipping charges may vary depending on if the item is oversized. Please email or call for a quote.
Where we ship to
We ship worldwide! But make sure you know the law about the product your ordered for importation in your contry. If item are seized by your custom your order cant be refund.
Return & Refund Policies
Customers may absolutely request a refund. If the items have not shipped, we will automatically refund any order if asked to do so. For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of customer receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with bill of sale. Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (Canadapost if you are in Canada, UPS, FedEx, DHL for others country ). Customer is responsible for all shipping and return charges, unless shipping / return is due to a mistake made by us, i.e. we shipped incorrect product, then we will pay all return shipping expenses. Defective or incorrect product must be reported to us within 5 business days from delivered date. All liquidation are final sale and can’t be refund. A refund may be issued if replacement is not available. Theres 5% fees applicable on all items/orders that are returned to us for handling. The 5% fees are not applicable if the credit for the refund is use for another purchase. Make sur you know the law about airsoft importation in your country, if item are seized by your custom your order cant be refund.
